Terms and Conditions

GBI-INC.com is owned by GBI Labs/Golden Bridge International, Inc. GBI-INC.com is acted as a sales window of GBI Labs/Golden Bridge International.  In these Terms and Conditions "GBI" shall mean Golden Bridge International, Inc., 9700 Harbour Place Suite 129, Mukilteo, WA 98275, USA. The Terms and Conditions set out below shall apply to GBI branded products and services and to the products distributed by GBI on behalf of other suppliers.

Items are price in United States dollars. We accept company Purchase Orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept prepayment with personal and corporate checks. For overseas transactions we accept a bankers or tellers check payable in United States Dollars and T/T wire transferring. GBI reserves the right to refuse and cancel any order.

Shipping Fees

Please check Shipping Rate when you check out the order.  All shipments in USA will be set for Second Day delivery unless customer request Overnight delivery. International shipping will be quoted according to the actual cost of shipping. GBI cannot guaranty any delivery time.   

In the case of multiple item orders, the entire order will be held until all items can be shipped together unless otherwise requested by the customer. In the event that the customer requests that an order be split, shipping charges will apply to each resulting shipment. Billing will be on a per-shipment basis


Sales Taxes

Sales Tax is collected for orders where delivery of products is to Washington State. Washington Sales Tax is assessed at 9.5%. Delivery addresses outside of Washington will not incur sales tax assessment. Your order may be subject to Use Tax if applicable by law. Taxes and duties for shipments outside the US are the responsibility of the recipient


Placing orders

All orders are subject to availability. Prices of products do not include freight and packing and all prices of products are FOB Mukilteo, WA, USA.

Price and other information provided are subject to change without notice, and prices may be changed up to the time of delivery. While every effort is made to keep information provided by GBI up to date, GBI will not be liable to you or anyone else if errors should occur in information provided on this website.

The following information is required to process an order:


  • A Purchase Order Number (unless paying by credit card);
  • Name, phone number and email address or fax number of the purchasing officer - so that we can confirm details of the order;
  • Name, phone number and email address of the researcher - in case of query;
  • Bill address and shipping address if different.

When your order is received GBI will confirm receipt. However, formal acceptance of the order will only take place when the goods are dispatched. Your order confirmation of receipt will include confirmation of (i) delivery costs, (ii) arrangements for delivery, and (iii) expected delivery time. However, formal acceptance of the order will only take place when the goods are dispatched. If prices should be changed between the time of receipt of an order and dispatch, GBI will contact you in advance.


If customer’s credit application is approved the invoices should be paid no later than 30 days after the invoice date, and customers must themselves pay any bank charges that are incurred in making the payment. Full payment instructions are set out on the invoice.


Receipt of products

Packaging and products should be inspected immediately upon receipt. Notification of damage, shortages or defects should be given immediately by e-mail or fax.


Return & replacement policy

Quality is important to GBI. If a product does not perform as described on the datasheet notify us within 60 days of delivery and our dedicated team of scientific experts will examine details of your protocol to determine whether the problem is protocol related or product related:

·         For protocol-related problems, our experts will give you independent professional advice.

·         For product-related problems, a replacement or refund will be offered.

If you do not provide details of your protocol or follow the recommendations of our experts, GBI will not issue a replacement or refund.

If items are ordered incorrectly by the customer GBI will consider taking them back. This will normally be subject to a 20% restocking charge on the items plus any shipping, handling & packaging costs. Requests for returns must have prior authorization and must be shipped back to GBI within 7 working days of receipt of the items. Items must be returned in the same or equivalent packaging (i.e. cold and insulated) as originally dispatched by GBI.


Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel any order within 24 hours after you place an order unless the product has already shipped. We cannot guarantee any order will be cancelled if it has already been submitted for processing


Conditions & Warranty

All GBI products are intended for research use only and are not for use in human therapeutic or diagnostic applications. Information supplied with each product is believed to be accurate, but no warranty or guarantee is offered for the products, because the ultimate conditions of use are beyond GBI's control. The information supplied with each product is not to be construed as a recommendation to use this product in violation of any patent, and GBI will not be held responsible for any infringement or other violation that may occur with the use of its products. In no event will GBI be responsible for any loss of profit or indirect consequential damage, including, but not limited to, personal injuries resulting from use of these products.
